Contract Research Process

We work with you to design a proposal that meets your scientific and regulatory needs.

   While our projects vary widely, our process for working with clients generally progresses through the following steps:

• Agree to and fully execute a two-way confidentiality agreement, protecting both Xeno and our client.
• Assess in detail your scientific and regulatory needs, and projected time-line.
• Xeno will provide a proposal and/or protocols to address your needs.
• A signed contract and down payment to cover upfront costs initiates your project.
• A study director will communicate with you as testing progresses. In many cases, clients are contacted after each experiment, as minor changes may be necessary to advance the project.
• Upon completion of testing, a draft report is issued.
• Minor changes requested can be adopted, and a final report will be submitted to you.
